Some personnal data can be collected and shown here. This site has been declared at the CNIL (N°761165), a french commission that regulates use of databases holding personnal information. As a user of this site, you are protected by the French law relative to computers, databases and freedom, from Janurary 6th, 1978. E-mail addresses can be collected from three places: in the mailing lists, the discussion boards, and software registration.

About the mailing lists, the e-mail adress that you give will only be used for the lists you are subscribed to. It will never be used for something else.

On the discussion boards, you can give your e-mail address, but in that case please note that it will be publicly shown on the board and that a company can collect it and use it. In that case I can't be held responsible of this use of your e-mail address. If you want to avoid spam, I advise you not to give your e-mail address. If you gave it by mistake and wish it to be removed, contact-me by e-mail and I'll remove it.

When you register a software you downloaded on this site, you can give your e-mail if you want to. This e-mail will only be used to answer you, nothing else.

I assure you that I won't give any e-mail address to someone else or to a company (except for the e-mail address shown in the discussion boards, that are available publicly, and that anybody can collect). You have the right to access and modify any personnal information I have about you in becoz.org's database. To do that you can contact me by email.
